Nisha Varghese

I am a research scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Madras working under Prof. A. N. Rajagopalan. I have done M. Tech. from Government Engineering college, Thrissur, Kerala. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from College of Engineering, Chengannur, Kerala. My research interest lies in computer vision and deep learning. I have worked on image restoration and point target detection & tracking utilizing both the traditional as well as deep learning based methods. My recent works include underwater image restoration and depth estimation in a self-supervised way, motion deblurring of gimbal-based images, and point target detection and tracking. Currently I am focussing on self-supervised techniques/neural networks for several computer vision tasks.
